Hello and welcome to the Unruffled Marketplace! All garments and accessories are handmade by me, Sondra Primeaux, from 100% recycled textiles. I’ve been a reuse designer and maker for 20 years and I’ve collected vintage textiles just as long. It is a labor of love. That being said, I am a sole-proprietor and I’m the only employee. That means, I do: the sourcing of materials, the designing, the making, the photography and listing, the social media, the packaging (as eco-friendly as I can) and the shipping…whew. I try to ship very close to the time of purchase but depending when the order is placed, some items will take a week to ship. I do take on a limited number of consignments a month, so please email me or use the contact form to initiate.

Return Policy: I take good care to describe, measure and photograph each item. Please read or ask questions before purchasing. I attempt to source the finest fabrics and carefully clean when appropriate, but due to their recycled nature, there is the chance of tiny, mostly unnoticeable imperfections. If you are entirely unhappy with your purchase and you contact me within 5 days of receipt, we can open a dialog about the possibilities of an alteration or an exchange. I am not responsible for shipping charges associated with returns nor items lost in the return process. Thank you for understanding.
