Next session starts: TBD
A five-week course designed to help you transition from the fallowness of Winter into the ripe potential of Spring.
I think it’s vital to feel extra fortified in 2021. If you are being pulled to fortification, I made this small group coaching program for you. In this intimate space of cocreation, we’ll craft the last chapter of this season together. We need a plan for our mental wellness, our bodies, our creativity and our spirit. And we also need some levity. This is why I’ve asked a guide to take us through each of the four weeks of this class.
Here’s what you get:
A welcome PDF that will include information about the Enneagram, including links to tests and books, and a few links to familiarize yourself with the guides.
Every Monday, you’ll receive that week’s content through a video and PDF.
Each guide’s entry and prompt will be informed by her Enneagram number and accompanied by suggested practices.
Prompts will encourage either your own writing or illustrated journal entry, poem, song lyric, collage, painting, photograph—whatever comes as your heart’s evidence.
On each Sunday of the five weeks (time TBD), we will have a 90 minute Zoom call where we will share our experience with the suggested practices and the evidence of our work.
Each Zoom call will be recorded for those unable to attend live and for playback.
You will have access to on online community (via secret Facebook group) facilitated by me.
Yes, it’s technically not the last 30 days of the the season.
The cost is $299.
What people are saying about The Last 30 Days:
“I adored this class. Witnessing how the participants all interpreted the different guides and the Enneagram types was fascinating and, often, extremely moving. Sondra put a great deal of thought, care and research into this course and I hated to see it end.”
“I loved Sondra's "The Last 30 Days" - this was a fresh, soulful, creative way to mark the end of a collectively challenging year. I loved having the opportunity to learn the Enneagram in a thoroughly original way, to develop or refine my personal practices, and to create meaningful art projects with a group of like-minded women. Also the opportunity to meet and bond with sober, creative, soulful women was beautiful. If you have the chance, DO take this course - it was fantastic!”
“This was a great class to bring me back to creating. It had enough structure but still left the scope of the work up to my discretion. The weekly zoom kept me accountable and propelled me to finish. It increased my confidence that I could create by being in an accepting, non-judgmental atmosphere.”
“I thoroughly enjoyed being guided by the iconic archetypes that Sondra chose for the class, as well as the weekly creative communion with the other students. Sondra is a talented and generous teacher and I had the best time making art through her prompts. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to up the ante with their creative recovery.”
“I took Sondra's class because she has proven herself as a consistent teacher. She understands how to plant seeds of knowledge and then respects each student's learning style and process to take them to wherever they personally need to go in their recovery. Sondra's class took my recovery in a direction I never knew I had in me. I learned a lot about myself in this class. She's a guiding spirit in my recovery.”
Let me know if you have any questions. I’d love to write this new story with you.
